Can Avatar cards ONLY be refilled at 7/11?

Because I am thinking of ordering one for myself so I can kind of do my own autocash system (I don't have a credit card, or I'd just do autocash) and the closest 7/11 is three towns over, while I have a rite-aid right down the street. Does anybody know if Rite-Aid, or other retailers of gcash can fill avatar cards?

First of all, stop bumping your topic. Q&A is a slow moving forum, and you should not bump your topic unless it falls off the first page. Continuously bumping a topic in here is considered spam, and it makes it look like you've already gotten an answer.

Second, yes. The only place you can refill the cards is currently 7-11.
