i think we need a cosplay arena! I hate it to see so many cosplays winning to regular avatars with matching color schemes and so much hardwork
when we create cosplays we don't have to make up the outfit: we just copy it! it already has a story, it already has a image! but when it comes to our own avatars, we need to create storys, we need to be original if we really want to win.
besides, our own avatars should have a bigger reward for our creativity, cosplays aren't that special: they are special, but not as special as original avatars

Many people agree with me, i think we really need a change on the avatar arena!

I agree with the cosplay arena idea. There are way too many cosplays that usually show up instead of the unique avatars (which sometimes aren't that unique, but hey.)

I haven't been able to see much of it so far, but from what I have seen you guys put the entry pictures over a black background. I find that contrast things too much, and is distracting. I'd much prefer a white or clear background.


Oh and the new layout is nice, but I sorta miss the old uses of vibrant colors in the current arena. The dark shades are kinda dulling.

I agree, especially since we have to pay 1,OOO gold to enter!

They look good, but I find a fatal flaw in how to submit artwork. You clearly need a photobucket account and not everyone has one, or would like to make one.
I believe that it would be more beneficial to users if they were allowed to post artwork and whatnot that is directly on their computer, saved as a file. Deviantart has such a feature that makes it easy for people to put their art onto the internet/their site, whether it be from scanner or from something else.
The arenas look good though, kudos!
