LOVING the new art arena. <3 It feels more... tidy.
One thing I'm still really wishing for is a bigger image limit. 640x640 is just so small! XD Especially for comics. I have some comics I'd love to put up, but at 640 pixels tall the text would be illegible. Though that doesn't matter too much to me, I suppose. >w<

Hahah, it's pretty good so far. I've only been to a few of the arenas, but I think it's fine. ^^

I'm glad that you decided to divide the arena into more specific sections, and the new layout looks pretty good. Thanks for finally adding an art entry fee.

However, load time seems very slow. Maybe that's just because of all the people trying out the beta. The main problem I see is the five-star rating system. I honestly have no idea how it's more consistent with the rest of the site, and it makes rating much harder and less specific. At least let us give half stars. I'm not all that fond of the "Browse Popular" section either--seems to be promoting art that doesn't even need to be promoted to get recognition.

And I do not like the 640x640 pixel limit. It's much too restricting and will cause great pictures to end with horrible quality in shrinking.

I think one thing that would make it MUCH more awesome is if the artists could reply to comments (or even other people)
otherwise you have to go to the person's profile and find their "leave a comment", and then leave a thank-you or whatever note there, or to continue a conversation, etc.
It's actually something I was hoping would be in the new version, and I am quite disappointed that it is not.

i don't like the new voting style very much stare . i like the old arenas better neutral . i also like the writing arena alot. heart
