Same hair color in the anime. Both wish/wished to become Hokage.
Danzo never shows his right eye, Tobi shows only his right eye.
Danzo's "Missing arm" may actually be the arm Tobi has that has all the bolts and crap in it.

Tobi said, "I have other matters to attend to" And a few pages later, the Council meeting starts.
He killed the frog that was going to retrieve Naruto, perhaps allowing Pain to have a successful invasion.

@ODS: Interesting points. It might not be as crackish as I thought- Madara is pretty old too, so that works as Danzo is an old bag too, although their bodies look very different.
