Eh I don't know exactly what it does, but the general thing to say is that it scans your negatives (or positives) and is able to enlarge them, depending on what resolution you scan them at.

Yep.
As long as your original photo was in perfect focus. It uses light to scan it directly from the glass plate. It doesn't need to focus, because it's always at the same focal length... |

Lawlz. I didn't know how those work either Steve. But there is a trick to getting things focused exactly how you want with an enlarger. They have these magnifying thingys that I have no idea what they are called. Lol. But if you put them where your focus point is you can get it to focus perfect. It actually works better than eyeing it. Ok, well durr. Lol. But it gets stuff amazingly clear.
Ahh. I have a dumb assignment for my class. We are supposed to take however many sets of eleven pictures of something going past the camera at the same speed every time. Ah! I've been putting it off lol. And you start with 1/1000 and go to 1 sec. But no one in the class has enough f-stops to compensate! WTF. Crazy teachers. Lol. |
