Excellent question. I hadn't even thought of that but I'm glad you pointed it out because I am going to a craft show in a few weeks. I might just leave my listings up and if an item sells at a craft show and on etsy, I would just give it to the craft show person and offer to make another for the etsy buyer. I can't replicate anything either with my original artwork but I can offer something similar or custom. I'm really not worried that will happen because the craft show is just two hours and I haven't sold anything yet, so it seems a bit of an unnecessary hassle to unlist an item for a craft show and then just put it back up.
Yeah, I guess I've got time to ask since I don't know if I'll be doing any craft shows anytime soon exactly, but I do intend to go to our Mosey Down Main Street next summer. They don't charge anything as a set up fee, you just need to have a table and stuff and register your name so they know about you selling there.
I've also got a friend who manages the library system in the next county up who's dropping my name to the people who run the art shows there. Dunno what they're going to charge but I'm excited about it all the same.
Some of my work can have very similar things done, some of them are basically one of a kind stones, or close to (quartz has patterns in shaping but inner refraction...) so I know what you mean there.
