So i'd like you to tell me what do you think about this website ..
            Genius? How modest!
Seriously learn some modesty.

And in terms of layout it looks like your using a default one and putting random backgrounds on. I keep expecting to see glitter letters to give you an idea of the quality impression I'm getting. Keep it simple, you don't want obnoxious colors to distract from the art work. (Especially the sky blue color on the main page for the title on top of the light steel blue background, thats just painful.)

Choose one layout an stick to it. From what I saw you have three, the splash page, the one on the main page, and the one in the gallery and image based pages. (Four if you count how the rest of the pages switch from a vertical navigation to a horizontal one)

(EDIT: Also keep your navigation in spot and available through all pages. There are some pages where the navigation loses links, moves, or disappears all together. If a viewer can't figure out how to navigate a webpage quickly and easily they'll just leave altogether.)

Don't use random generic animated clip art, such as the spinning @ sign on your contact page, it cheapens the entire page. No one in the art world, which this page is aimed at, will take you seriously with images you found on google on your website.

Also get rid of the music. When it comes to webpage design, nothing pisses me off more than music. Because believe it or not, the first thing I did as soon as I heard a note was hit my mute button. I can guarantee you that I am not nor will I be the only one doing that. Usually when I hear music on a webpage, I just back up and leave. The only reason I didn't this time was because you asked for what we thought of the site and I felt the need to tell you. Nothing sets off the warning bells of bad web page design to me then music on a web page. Regardless of how much you like it or how much you may feel it in enhances your page just get rid of it. Period.
