Well, DUUUH, it's the PROM.

Sorry, being silly, I know.

"play inbetween my thighs"

i can't wait for 13 year olds on here to start saying that as often as they do "lol", Gaia!

i couldn't believe that.

THAT made me blush and feel guilty for even playing the song...soon after my hand darted to change the volume levels to much lower because I felt like something vulgar was coming from my computer. ~_~

UH, not at all. A lot of people apparently see Proms today as being bunches of horny teens. And considering what Gambino's looking for, it could be argued that's what he'll get- he might even be trying to get some... I WAS surprprised it made it int here, but it grows on one. Don;t be overprotective- there's worse stuff on TV.

You played it once. You don't have to play it again.
There is a exit button you know from the song and the prom. D:

I guess that means more room on the dance floor for me.

Yeah you just don't understand what impact those kind of things have on young teens. Probably because you are one. I don't care if I hear it, I care if my 15 year old brother hears it, or other young people. It's garbage. it's like having porn pop up in your face.

I am not a young teen, thank you very much. I am well in my 20's.
Proms in real life are usually attended by teenagers 18 or above. They also tend to play a lot of Urban and Rap songs. Like I said before. If it offends you, your free to exit the song and not play it again.
Gaia's Staff made this song available because they thought it might please most users. Which is seems too.
Just because it is the first song does not mean that Gaia is trying to promote dirty acts or influence the young users to think about sex. I believe that I learned about sex in 5th grade anyways.
If kids do not know about these things already, especially during this age with media and music, then these young teens have been severely sheltered by their parents. I mean, it's just a song.

You don't have to listen or play it. You just don't.
I agree with the others, this is not a pg13 song. Good thing the other 2 "easy" songs are instrumentals.

If like most people you start with the first song on the list, you start with this one.

I'd like to think that I'm not so old that I can't recall that Proms are held for 11th and 12th grades, which actually means the targeted audience is more like 15-18. And then, when I went to mine, I took a 9th grader (Yes, I'm a cradle-robber. Shut up) who was 14.

And there is also a difference between knowing about sex and glorifying it and presenting it to a younger audience.

I've gotta say, I was surprised, but I've gotta agree with this guy. Most people know about this stuff and those that don't won't understand the imagery. Besides, if not here they'll find other places. In the words of Jon Stuart: 'Wow, imagine that. Acting like teens don't have genitals doesn't work.'

Completely agreed to objecting; yes, we can say that most teens/younger users probably know about such content anyhow, but it seems like something that is below what gaia should set as an example anyhow. If they validate objecting to certain content in posts on forums, they should object to having that content in a song they're playing in their event.

Before anyone says it - yes, I played it once and won't again. Doesn't mean I can't throw my 2-cents in and move on. (I'm not staying/replying to arguments. Not worth arguing over.)
I just knew some1 would make a thread about this.... hehe...."party between my thighs"... *snicker*

Though I was surprised to hear it on here, a site that is usually careful about the rating of it's content, I think it is a fun, catchy song, and way more interesting than that weird 'experimental' stuff played for the other two easy levels. Though the song is 'sexy' it isn't any more explicit in content than anything you'd see/hear about in your average television commercial! Browse life issues or GD any evening, and you'll find much more sexual topics.

If you want to be in a completely PG environment, or want your offspring/siblings in one, go to Neopets. This site is supposed to be rated PG-13, not G.

That is all.

I haven't heard the song or danced to it, but reading this, I have to agree.

At a real prom, DJs wouldn't play such inappropriate music. They'd play toned-down versions of inappropriate-sounding music. I know because at all the high school dances I've attended, the music language is very much toned down.

But PG-13 isn't supposed to promote sexual themes. That's R-rated material.

Dear Gaia. I expected better out of you with at least song choices than I got. That goes double for explicit songs like Hypnotized that are definitely above pg-13 ratings and are inappropriate for younger Gaians! Also, as it stands, the dance game is extremely difficult and frustrating. Even the easy songs are very hard to some people, like me for instance. Please remove the Hypnotized song and add some wholesome, happy songs that Gaians would actually like to listen to while dancing to the list of songs available. Thank you for your time.

I guess you've never read the lyrics of that Soulja Boy song "Crank That" - the song that was all over the Internet for months and danced by nearly every preteen you can imagine.

At the end of the day all that matters is

I do it without the music on so I don't actually know what any of the songs sound like XD and I find it easier to do the dance game anyways xd

who you made smile, who you made cry, and who will never forget you
