It goes up to twenty.
I'm not sure if there's anything about the crown, but I don't imagine that there is.

you have to WIN 20 rounds IN A ROW, without taking a break or losing a round between them in order to get the crown.

if you use the arrows in the number part of the keyboard its easy to get the items. smile
they work as fine as the arrow keys...

I find using the arrow keys better, personally. Some tips I do: Move the window so that the gray arrows are in front of your face (in your line of sight) and focus on them and the upcoming arrows. If you miss one, do not get frustrated, panic or focus on the ones you missed, just continue on playing.
