Well, the game doesn't seem to actually follow any rhythm. I was able to play with my own music playing just fine XD The arrows are random, too. I played the same song the last 15 times in a row and it was different every time.

I suggest the Chillin song. It's slow and a short song, so it really IS a bit easier than some of the others.
