Health wise , it would be very unwise to go thru a pregnancy. Or I would, and give it up to a good home in adoption.
Emotionally it is a bad time. I am not mentally stable sometimes - and I am not going to medicate myself for that and be a zombie.
Financially it is doable, but a burden.

I am at fault. I know it. I should have been on birth control. I have seen sexually active since September of last year with my BF. But i kept waiting on my mother to make the Gyno appointment. I have not even BEEN to one yet - which is no good. I have not even been to a doctor in years. Besides emergency runs. . .

dont feel too bad im 21 and about 3 months ago I was going through the same thing, luckly in my case I wasnt preggers but yeah clinic asap! and a suggestion would be to go in the morning when you take the test because your hormone level is highest in the mornings ( the hormones that the test uses to detect pregnancy)

I wasnt sure if you knew all that since I didnt so im sorry if you already know! XD I just know its much much clear-er in the mornings 3nodding

OH! and btw I had a positive false ( i think thats what its called) the ones where its positive when really false. my doc said it could be from the meds im takeing that it did that soooooo maybe thats your case too??

THAT is my hope. I took the test with first urine of the day. So the positive could be wrong. That is why we are going in Monday on my boyfriends day off to get tested. And, if luckily NOT pregnant - I will make it a point to get on Birth Control then. :3

I turn 20 shortly. August. I think I could be a mother - at my age. If not for my health, which is a life long issue and if I do choose to have a child - I will need to be on special meds, diet, supplements. . .But I also have to think of the fact my boyfriend is not ready.

And it just really is a bad time.

As much a I think I COULD be a mother. I am not really ready. Life is not really stable right now. So that tops it all off.

I do live on meds. Anti-Anxiety, Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Histamine. . .I miss periods all the time still, too, being young. Plus stress levels affect my body heavily. I did have Period SYMPTOMS but the period never came.

My First Response box came with 2 tests. They say wait 7 days, if no period - test again. But since I waited so long after the missed period - I think a doctor is best.

you cant go on the meds. supplements, yea, tho depending on what and what stage of pregnancy.

the messed up period could definitely effect the accuracy of the test. you need to make sure the clinic understand the meds ur on and ask what alternatives youll have, because the ones you take could alter the baby;s development///most likely could

I understand abortion in cases. I do not like it. I wish I was smarter. But this is my mistake and I have to live with this situation. I am pretty OK. I won't worry til the final test. But I might have to tell my mother - for family history my paperwork needs. . .THAT is scary. I mean I hope she understands. She had an abortion when she was 17. I am an adult living with my BF.
