Im not sure, Ive seen people harass gaia about it, and try to get their copys to be the only ones ever made. I'll try asking when i submit a ticket, politely of course.

Honestly, I want mine to be super rare, simply because there's certain vendors that I want to keep it away from, and if they do get ahold of it, I want them to pay, a lot.

I don't think you can control drop rates on recolors. The only exception to this would be the Platinum Ticket SDPlus Gaian recolors. The owners have requested those to be excluded from a RIG all together.

I was referring to recolors made from Rainbow Tickets of the SDPlus Gaians dolls. Throttle Kitty has been the only one to actually elect to put their doll into a RIG. SDPlus Techno Gaian Throttle Kitty was released as a rare drop in Stellar Solstice.
