Actually, the Butch Russian is much more risque than this.
I suggest use Sketchbook pins for getting rid of beard and colored accents.
Maybe Centurion can remove the chops??
Or Agape can change the color of the hair?
Also, may I suggest that I want to see a metal/steel japanese sandals in case for replacement of the bulge mod?
