Well, this year is officially the worst year ever for me. Milo, who turns 5 on the 11th, has just been diagnosed with Diabetes and has weeks to months to live if we don't start him on two shots of insulin every day for the rest of his life, immediately. He's not a friendly cat and it might be impossible to give him shots, and we might have to put him down.

Yep, worst year ever. My parents want to put him to sleep because we can't afford the treatment for him and it would be too hard.

The ticket will now be split between two cats. cry I really hate 2014.

Having time to say good bye to Milo made this a lot easier than suddenly losing Baby in my arms. But this week has been really hard. There was a lot of dread leading up to it and I've lost almost 4 pounds from loss of appetite, not being able to keep food down, and being sick to my stomach. Now that it's over and there is nothing I can do to reverse it, I feel numb. I felt this a little while after Baby died. I don't think I've truly grieved either of them fully. I think it's all bottled up and I don't know how to process it.
