Well personally I'd say to the cops.

Realistically, file a ticket about it.

At the bottom of the page click Contact Us, this takes you to the Help Center. From there I usually scroll down until " Still can't find your answer? Click here to contact Customer Support. "

And I click there, it takes you to submit a Ticket. Essentially it is an email stating what happened.

You should probably put this under General Account Inquiry, then sub topic Account Status, then sub sub topic Issues with Items/Gold.
