The ballot: Judges will use this questionnaire to ●

There are only 3 paid judge slots for each round. ●

FOR THE JUDGES:

• For this round: Judges will receive 2,000g.
  
• You may NOT be a PAID judge for more than one round at a time.
  However, you MAY be an UNPAID judge for multiple (or when it comes to teams).
  
• Your user name will be listed in the "JUDGES" section if your input is used. When ballots are posted, you'll be identified by a letter.
  
• Once you are accepted as a judge, you will be assigned a LETTER to identify you. (If you haven't received a PM letting you know what your letter is, please be patient, you'll receive it soon.) If you choose to make your identity known, that is up to you, but odds are I won't change your letter.
  
• You MUST use the ballot in order for your response to be counted. Please keep in mind that your ballots will be made public so that the contestants will have some suggestions on how to improve their profiles.
  
• You do not have to judge all the rounds if you don't want to. And if YOU decide that you have at any time changed your mind about judging, please be courteous and let me know as soon as possible.
  
• I may decide I don't want or need you to judge a particular round. After all, I may or may not choose to use any or all of your opinions. MY say is the FINAL say in most cases. I will make the final decision as to who wins what prize.
  
• Judges are reminded that there is currently NO POINT SYSTEM when it comes to judging and rating the entries, and that they should refrain from giving them a rating of 10; unless in their opinion the profile is truly PERFECT.

FOR THE CONTESTANTS (and everyone in general):

• There will be a poll to help determine the winner of the prizes. However, I will rely most on the results of the judging to choose the actual winners. The poll only reflects popularity based on public opinion.
• All profiles are subjugated to prejudging; for compliance with the rules of The CPC and the guidelines of the current round. You may be asked via PM where you have obtained permission of brushes, textures, and graphics of any kind unless you have already stated where you have gotten such on your profile or in your application.
• Unless stated that a round is full, you may still enter. More slots will be added if more are interested in participating.
• All rules are subject to change at any time!

CURRENTLY: "Halloween 2009"

Story: It's Halloween-time again, and we are going to have a Custom Halloween Profile Contest!
About the Title: What do you think of when you think about Halloween? Traditional black cats and witches? Trick-or-treating? Haunted Houses? Horror flicks? Use a GaiaOnline profile to show us what "Halloween" means to you.
Summary: Make or enter a profile relating to some interpretation of the Halloween holiday. There will be 1 Grand Prize Winner, 1 Second Place Winner, and 2 Honorable Mentions.

Deadline: Available until [Saturday, 31 October] October, 2009. If you have a problem with keeping the same profile for such a long time, put-it-on-a-mule.

Guidelines:

• Read the rules. This contest is FREE to enter, all I ask is that you read my rules in the first post and here.
• Please make sure your profile is your own original creation: Using code that is posted in a helpful thread is alright, but taking all the coding directly from someone else's original profile without getting permission or giving credit is considered theft and may get you banned from The CPC. I hope this is understood.
• IMPORTANT!: ***Please do not use copyrighted/commercial images in your profile that you do not own the rights to or have permission to use, including, (but not limited to), photos of celebrities and/or characters from anime/manga/cartoons and/or product logos.***
