Youtube changed how their players work, which has caused all sorts of problems for people with videos on their profiles.
I believe this should help fix it:
Take the original Youtube URL that looks something like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID
for example:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0XpNvLWimo

And change it to look like this (the red is the part that you change):
http://youtube.googleapis.com/v/VIDEO_ID&version=2
for example:
http://youtube.googleapis.com/v/g0XpNvLWimo&version=2

Youtube changed how their players work, which has caused all sorts of problems for people with videos on their profiles.
I believe this should help fix it:
