Welp, since no one else has shown interest in joining (an 11th or 12th contestant), let's get the judging started!

For those who are new, this is how it goes: First, PMs are sent out to contestants and judges. The PMs have a brief re-statement of the most important rules for the contestants, and contestants are asked to send a reply back to me. Judges are sent their Letters and Ballots. If the judges have any questions about the instructions (or anything else), don't hesitate to ask! 3nodding

Next, a poll goes up here in the thread. Because this question always gets asked: NO, the poll does not decide the winner of the contest; the person with the most votes is not declared the winner. The poll reflects how "popular" a profile is among the voting masses. When the winners are being chosen, "popularity" ranks low on the list of criteria used to decide the winner. The Ballots are what we rely upon most to choose the winner. There is no points system at this time either. This means that I have to use ratings, the opinions of the judges, and even random Gaians to help me decide who the winners should be. 3nodding

You can change the media as long as changing it does not change the overall look of the profile. Changing to a different song or video or updating your "about me" are all okay changes, since they usually don't change the look of the entire profile. 3nodding

Judges: If you are a PAID JUDGE you can disregard the part of your PM that says "you are an un-paid judge". Typo. xp
