--As long as you are not entered in the round currently being judged, you can act as a judge. Please see the end of this post for judge rules.

GIVE YOUR PROFILE A NAME.
--Just something short and sweet that sums up what the theme of your custom profile is.

Voting & judging for [ROUND 5] will begin on Tuesday, April 18, 2006. Until judging begins, anyone currently entered is permitted to make SMALL CHANGES to their profile entry.
--VOTING/JUDGING will likely last for 4-5 days, depending on how quickly I am able to assemble a team of judges to judge all the profiles (hopefully) an equal amount of times.
--The winner will be announced by Sunday, April 23, 2006.
--The profile layout/theme cannot be changed during the days of voting/judging. All judges need to be able to give their opinion on the SAME profile.

A NOTE ABOUT THE POLL: There will be a poll to help determine the winner of the prizes. However, I will rely more on the results of the judging to choose the actual winners.

JUDGE RULES

• To become a judge, just ask me, either here in the thread or via PM. ^^
  --I reserve the right to deny your request to be a judge.
  --Before asking to be a judge, please make sure you've read and understand all the contestant and judge rules.
  
  
• To be a judge, you must be willing to take your time to give your honest, unbiased opinion about ALL 10 profiles in the current round.
  --The ballot judges will use to give their opinion on the profiles currently contains approximately 16 questions about the profile.
  --Though the ballot seems lengthy, the questions are simple and the whole thing generally takes 5-10 minutes to fill out (not including the time it takes for the profile to load xd ).
  
  
• You must of course be available to judge during the time allotted for judging.
  
  
• You can NOT be entered in the same round you are judging.
  
  
• NOTES:
  --You will NOT receive any monetary compensation (Gaia gold) for being a judge.
  --I may or may not choose to use any or all of your opinions.
  --Your username will be listed in the "JUDGES" section if your input is used. (When ballots are posted, you'll be identitfied by a letter.)
  --You MUST use the ballot in order for your response to be counted.
  
  
• Once you are accepted as a judge, you will be assigned a LETTER to identify you.
  --You do not have to judge all the rounds if you don't want to.
  --I may decide I don't want or need you to judge a particular round.
  --MY say is the FINAL say in most cases. I will make the final decision as to who wins what prize.
  
  
• Judges, please keep in mind that your ballots will be made public so that the contestants will have some suggestions on how to improve their profiles.
  --You will not be listed by username, but by the LETTER you were given that identifies you. (If you haven't received a PM letting you know what your letter is, please be patient, you'll receive it soon.)
  ---If you choose to make your identity known, that is up to you, but odds are I won't change your letter.
