I have a pic I want to use for the new profile layout, but I'm not sure if it goes against Gaia's TOS.

It's a santa nudie pic, but you can't see anything.

Would this be ok to use? Though I can't remember where I found it. I've had it for years.

If it's in march I might do a zombie jesus theme, but if it ends sooner I'll probably go with nudie pants....assuming I don't come up with a better idea or picture.
