Like I said earlier, I just did this challenge because I thought it would be interesting for the contestants to design book covers. It's not for anything real, so I don't mind if they are totally off-the-wall or anything. xp It just helps to use my own book because I know the specifications, and a designer would be getting those same specifications if they were actually being commissioned.

Reasoning behind this mumbo jumbo shrimp: I like the simplicity of it, it also manages to stick to me.

My viewo: It's very pleasing to the eye, it gives off a dark feeling and draws me in.

Huh? Sen's is just very pleasing to my eye, the only problem I have is the white text on the back of the book it can be a bit hard to read.

When I saw this my mind went "erjwlfkajf". Catiris really went above and beyond with this design, including getting her own images and making the cover both informative and aesthetic. It's a great and unique design which I could definitely see as a real book cover. icon_whee.gif It's just absolutely wonderful.

2. Sendoku
This is a creative design which also looks great. I'm not doing very well with coming up with constructive comments today lol. But really, it looks great, and I think it's an effective design.

3. Cali Soca
Yet another effective design; I like the idea of layering a real picture in the background. This is a much more simple cover, but it is still great.
