if the burshes aren't copyrighted, then you can use them.

and you don't have to draw everything. You can use pictures, but only if they aren't copyrighted.

if you want to go ahead, but think of it as like threadless or something, the company that produces the tshirts is happy hippy whatever, but it's individual artist making the shirt.
