It should be something like this:

#id_comments {
overflow: auto;
height: 300px;
}

Adjust the height as you want it. If it's not working, please open your profile to the public so we can take a look at it.

Edit the ## with how long you want the scroll bar to be. Made it red so you can see it easier. xD

Either the 'overflow' or the 'overflow-y' can be removed, you do not have to specify both. The 'overflow' is for both the x-axis and y-axis. So either just 'overflow' and 'overflow-x' or 'overflow-x' and 'overflow-y'
