I love how you keep to a city theme xd
Although this one seems a bit more simple than your last one. I do love what you did with the sections (dividing it and such). I'm a bit turned off though by the header. But over all I do enjoy it.

I absolutely love the layout. c: It's very unique, since it's flash.
I just think the autoplay with no pause is a down.

It's simple & clean but in my opinion, a little too simple. If you want to make such a compact layout, you should more decor to bring it out more. The background mixes too well with the main part of the image.
