Alright, it works fine in IE for me and in Firefox.
The profile layout is really smooth looking the only thing I don't like is the sort of gradient effect and the font, aside from that, great work!

On my computer the comments start above the comment box, so you can't see the add comment link or the view all comments link... this also causes there to be a huge vast area of black underneath of where the comments end...

The about section is empty also, but I think that's just a Gaian glitch...

The right side of the profile looks empty...

First off there's a bit of a gap on the right column and it looks a bit un-natural. (Dunno whether it's ment to be there) The link that says "View all friends" is a bit too light too see.
Apart from that, it looks great! The colours work really well, and I like the way the status bar is. =D

EDIT: Oh, I see it's optimised for Firefox, in IE there's a little gap thingy up the top left where the picture should be sitting.

Looks like it's optimised for firefox. (I noticed with the transparent .pngs)
It looks fine in IE aswell, apart from the friends slide off to the right a little.
And the about section is a tad small, so on IE the end letter of each line is cut-off.

Besides all that, I like the layout alot except I think the black line could continue on to the end of the screen or something like that.

The profile layout is amazing! Very uniquely done, I seriously havn't seen nothing quite like it. It looks modern and very well put together, works well in both Firefox and IE here.

I love the colour scheme throughout, the colours really compliment each other

That style of text works well, but in places is hard to read against the background

I'm sure you noticed (probably can't change it) but tha line where the two pictures meet to the right is kinda annoying (It really is when you can't find a background image is the right size)

The layout is really nice and easy to follow
