profile problem

I've tried placing this under different forums. Hopefully someone will answer please!

I tried to put my problem under what sounded best, and this was the best place to put it.
Well, I went to www.tektek.org, and got a profile background under the CSS code. Then, I added a URL too, and now everytime I go to my profile, I can't scroll down and it won't let me change my theme because the entire box itself where you change the theme, is matching the theme color too. I've tried changing it multiple times to see if it was an error, and I will continue to ask other people for help, but if you have any suggestions on how to fix it, I'm all ears. Thank you! ^_^
