Profile Problem, Help?

So my friend's profile will not update. No matter what I do to help her, it's not working.
And I always know what to do to make it "better".

I cleared everything under themes.
I cleared out everything under override.

I switched back and fourth between Custom and Current in many different ways.

If there is someone out there who can help, I'd be much appreciated.

Have you tried Theme > URL > Type "none" into the field there, Add, and Save?

Also, check the code to make sure there aren't any semicolons or brackets missing?

If not, try deleting all of the customs (if the profile has any)? Occasionally those cause the problem for whatever reason.

I'll try the "none" in the field.
But yes, I made sure that the code was correct with nothing missing and nothing extra added.
I also did try deleting everything in the custom. And in the theme as well.
