1. Your profile is locked, can not tell if there is coding error or like that.
2. You also dont tell what playlist provider you are using. There are Youtube, grooveshark, soundcloud, etc etc etc and each has its own issue(s), example: Currently Youtube AS2 ( those are using &version=2 ) playlist does not work on some people webkit browser namely Safari, Chrome, and latest Opera.

Im currently using hypster, and ive tried using YouTube as well. Ill unlock my profile right now.
