Ok so i am having problems with moving a panel, images, avatars, etc wherever i want. I can't move panels into a third column and i don't even know if it exists on my profile anymore. Also there are panels at the bottom of my profile that i want to be at the top with the rest but it won't move.(feel free to look at my profile to see what i'm trying to say:
