Panel scrolling/expanding like this? [example]

I was looking at this users profile and I really like how when you scroll over her comments and wishlist, they'll expand/scroll.
I'm really interested in this and I'm wondering how it's done/what's the code?

You could try right clicking > view page source.
But, I'm not sure if it would be easy to find;
it looks like she might have a lot of codes.

I like the hovering thing too, so hopefully you find it.

Yeah I tried that but I couldn't pin-point the exact code.

Yeah, if you use CTRL + F and type in "scroll", there's only one code. xD
But I can see how it's hard to find. x.x Maybe try to just fool around with codes,
but on a mule account if you're paranoid about messing up your profile.

Replace the red text with the starting size, and the blue text with the ending size.

Example:

#id_comments {height: 100px; -moz-transition: height 2s;}
#id_comments:hover {height: 200px;}

#id_wishlist {height: 100px; -moz-transition: height 2s;}
#id_wishlist:hover {height: 200px;}
