I don't see how this is in the wrong forum. All I see is a thread which is lists the 'active' people here who help others with their profiles, something which can belong in this forum. It is forum specific and that's my view.

As for the name change, Unofficial PD Helpers sounds good.

While we couldn't be Official PD Helpers, since that is the name of the Helpers that would be for the PD, I'll be an UNOfficial PD Helper. I also suggest you change the thread title to something other than Official PD Helpers.
