NEED HELP! how do you delete contents

i try deleting contents in v2 but it wont let me crying , please help when ever i delete the about or recent visitors they keep popping up....

You must have one remaining element on the profile. Use CSS to remove if you do it right you can also end up tricking the server into deleting all the elements. But by default one must remain.
