Could you tell me with what programs would be best to use for creating backgrounds?
I'd like to make my own, but I'm not getting along with my paint program very well.

Well, I personally use The GIMP, which is open-source and free - http://gimp.org
I believe you can also download a free trial of Paint Shop Pro - http://jasc.com

A lot of people use Photoshop, but that's expensive (unless you pirate it) >.>

But I myself prefer drawing, If i'd like to do things myself whee
I use Corel Art Dabbler for it, but not many people heard of it before...

Well, you don't need .section { background: none; } at all.

Add background: none; into the .section h2 part to get rid of those blocks.

And there are a bunch of other problems, may I fix them and paste the code for you? ^^;
