Well, I have one more question. How do I make it so everything is black and white, and when I layover it, it becomes full color?

The Profile Angel returns... i believe this code will do what u are asking in the second part.... i havn't tested it myself yet so it may need some tweaking done to it...

#friends a img { filter: gray; -moz-opacity: 0.5; }
#friends a:hover img { filter: none; -moz-opacity: 1.0; }
