Ok I took a premade layout from tektek
and I was going to costomize it but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
go ahead take a look
I tried to change the background to just plain black by Painting up a small black square on paint and hosting it with tinypic, then i put it in where the old background url was

then I tried to make the banner differnt by doing pretty much the same thing, I did make sure that the size was EXACTLY the same as the other banner

but it still doesnt work!
I used to do this all the time with HTML, but for some reson its not working for me now and I dono why

Please help me!!!
