Well, learn from something simple first like changing background color and picture, text-colors, then start resizing stuffs, then learn making hover effect....

It is a long step-by-step and you cant just go all to the advanced level without understanding the first one.

It is pretty easy once you got the logic and if you actual read the codes, most parts are pretty obvious.
