No what I mean is,
the wishlist panel itself will scroll out when hovering over the wishlist header.
But the wishlist header is just staying there.
Like I want it to stay attached to the panel, and move out with it. xD

Like I said, use absolute positioning.
If the header is positioned relatively or absolutely, then it will still be affected by movements/transformations the parent (entire panel) undergoes.
Meanwhile, if the header uses fixed positioning, it will not be affected by changes made to the parent.
