i can't transfer panels to the left and right column

You should slow down in this subforum, bumping makes people though your thread answered already and this forum don't have many active helpers neutral

The best suggestion for your case is first to back-up your code somewhere, erase your customization and return to default theme. Then rearrange your panel and other stuffs. Reapply your code after you done.

Btw if you are using Chrome, Gaia profile editor is outdated, so it does not works perfectly and have many bugs when used with Chrome.
