How to change the color of the content boxes?

The code does work, I just tried it

Go to profile, edit, theme, css

put in .panel h2 {background-color: somecolor;}

Of course the somecolor is whatever you want

that just changes the color of the heading on the boxes,

I don't know how to change the actually background where the stuff is.

i tried like 5 timez and it doesnt work stressed

right now you have it like this:
.panel {
background-color: somecolor;
}purple


it's supposed to be like this:
.panel {
background: purple;
}


this will work.
however, you need to make sure
that there aren't any stray words.

everything needs to be between these: { }
if anything is outside of those,
as is currently the case on your profile,
the codes will not work.

stuff is posted outside of brackets ({ and }).

In the current version of the gaia profiles, how do I change the color of the content boxes from blue and white to other colors?

Go to edit your profile, select 'Theme', then select 'CSS' at the top. Then put this in the box: .panel h2 {background-color: somecolor;}

Of course replace 'somecolor' with the color you want the content box to be =) Hope this helped... If any problems occur contact me or reply =)

Okay so this code is very easy confused me for a little while but i got it to work none of those codes will change the text because you aren't telling it what exact part you want it to change what you want to do is:

.panel {
color: somecolor;
}

yes replace somecolor with the color you want your text to be so say you want it to be white

.panel {
color: white;
}
