How to change the color of the content boxes?

In the current version of the gaia profiles, how do I change the color of the content boxes from blue and white to other colors?

This instruction is a bit hard to understand.

My profile has boxes. Each box has a bar on top with text "My Car", "Signature", "Aquarium", etc.

I would like to be able to change the Text color & the background of the white area as well. Is there a way?

Simple. You just change the values and input them into the CSS Box. =D
