I would like to know how to make the content boxes transparent but when you put the cursor over it it is not transparent anymore and I would like to know how to get rid of the title boxes on the content boxes..

rolleyes I already gave you the code to make the boxes transparent until you hover over it, but I suppose I'll give it again..

.panel {opacity: 0.4px;} .panel:hover {opacity: 1;}

Get rid of the title on content:

.panel h2 {display:none;}
