Short explanation; Tired & Lazy
Just make it only the Media Panel in your profile.
Put the video you want in it, and move it around, ETC..
it'd be something like this;

.media_panel {
width: 100%;
height: 95%
}

Or, for Classic/OS the selector is something like..

#multimedia

Don't rememmmm.
