How do I edit my Gaia profile?

I'm new to gaia and I need help editing my profile. I tried to paste a background code in my about me section and it didnt work well so how do I delete the code and add backgrounds and playlists?

Won't work on a profile at all.

The CSS code you want to use goes in My Gaia > Account Settings Sub-menu > Profile Theme. To delete it from your About section, you simply take it out from the place you put it into.
