... or is it just me?

I used to be able to use a code like this just fine:
body, body{background: url(http://i.imgur.com/oasP95I.png) no-repeat center center;
background-size: cover;
background-attachment: fixed;}
and it would attach the background in a fixed position and it would remain that way as you scrolled down the page.
However, if you look at my current profile and scroll down, you'll notice that the image gets chopped off as you scroll and there's a white space at the bottom.

I tried going to Theme > URL and typing "none" into the field there, but it didn't help confused
Thoughts? Suggestions?
