how can i put a tittle on my side panes that would be horizontally ?

(or -90deg depending on how you want the font to read...)
And then assign a position property to the header, as well as top/bottom and left/right values
You might also want to assign a width as well to make things easier

Well, not since you removed them all with:
.panel h2{ display: none;}

I'll also point out that you might want to clean up your code @___@;;
It has a lot of duplicate, broken, and unnecessary lines
