i try and edit them and stuff, but its confusing and doesn't work

Are you leaving in the square brackets [like these]? Are you reading the parts specifically for teaching you, or just the editable codes post?

let me try again, i think it might take me a few days to get used to it..

Well, in the editable codes, just put a number where it says "[number]", a color where it says "[color]", etc. Good luck with the coding.
