Background images for about

So, I'm trying to put my background image inside of my about section, and the image is automatically put there in the size it is in the link I provide.

Is there any way to set it to where it re-sizes to fit the dimensions of the provided height, and width? Or would I have to re-size the image to the appropriate dimensions?
