Assistance in creating a profile?

I like how some people's profiles are simply an "about me" over to the side, a picture of their avatar, and a large background image.

lol the editing thing on your profile you just take off everything else on there except for wat you want?
lol thats wat i did. but i think ima be changing it around soon enough.
