Well... do you know of any profiles I can use to start from scratch?
Or use tekteks?
In your profile. You have a play list. How would you go about making that?

Thanks alot.

Great job btw with the thread here.
omg this is a good profile giud!
Whee. So I finally got around to digging up a guide to fiddle around with my profile a bit. *pets Eli* <3

It took me a while to figure it out, but then I realized why the scrollbar-a-section code wasn't working. Roffle, Firefox doesn't support that.

gonk

'Cause it's fine in IE.

Silly firefox. *petses it*

We likes your guide. *stamps it with +thumbsup*

so wait, you weren't able to put scrolls in? or you weren't able to make the color change in firefox? o_O
The scrollbars appeared in IE, but not in Firefox. I tried for like half an hour, checking to see that I'd not forgotten a } or a ; or a space. Then I thought "Huh" and checked IE, and they displayed there.

It's not a big deal, I just was thinking "compact!" ... I don't mind having one big scrollie instead of a buncha small ones, I just wanted the columns to be fairly even in my profile.

*shrug*

I'll fiddle with evening out their length later.

what's the code you were trying? o_O that sounds really odd... and I don't see anything in your code now that would be for doing scrollbars sweatdrop
*laughs* because I took it out? if it works in one browser and not another, then it's inconsistent. 3nodding

terrible quote action!
SECTIONID{overflow:scroll; overflow-x:hidden; overflow-y:auto; height: ##px; width:##px;}

make a section scroll vertically, but not horizontally. Replace SECTIONID with the proper ID from the common classes & IDs post for the system you are using and the ##'s with the proper height and width of the block you are putting the scrollbar in.

I used both the specific Panel ID# and the panel's name for the section ID, figured "Blah" and eventually gave up and removed it.
Do you know a code that will keep the background stationary in the new profile system? confused
