John Cena will face The Rock in Miami, Florida at Wrestlemania 28 on April 2nd, 2012.

After a Confrontation on The Raw after Wrestlemania 27 between Cena and Rock. They both agreed to face each other at Wrestlemania 28 in 2012.

Question is: Who Will Win???

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Have them feud on camera for a month or two, with no real direction involved, then announce it a month in advance.
I don't care if it's more Wrestlemania oriented. There are still far more professional ways to present it and set up for it than this.

Announcing next Wrestlemania's main event a month in advance... That's just so incredibly stupid, and shows absolutely no imagination whatsoever on the part of the E. Like, what the hell's going to happen between now and then? Is John Cena going to stay out of the title scene, for an wntire year, or is he going to win the belt, and conveniently lose it a month in advance? Is The Rock going to stick around and be an on screen presence for a whole year? What if one of them gets injured?

Those are very good questions.

The way i see it is this. The Rock will be on and off the whole year, either to continue the rivalry and build it up by either having a talk to cena face to face, or, cost cena the wwe title over and over. I mean, how in the hell is The Rock gonna fit this into his schedule, WWE and Hollywood?

There is no doubt in my mind that The Rock will disapear untill around february or March next year.

He is still making movies. He has 2 movies ready to start shooting soon. Both targeted for a 2012 release. There is no way that The Rock is gonna be in WWE full time this year. id say on and off.

Challenge. I'd RATHER see it at WM than any other PPV. Keep in mind, Cena made the challenge, Rock set the date. Also keep in mind, if there's one thing that I've learned from watching WWE, is that you can't predict what will happen down the line.

I probably say they face off at extreme rules...and then another ppv and then rock leaves.

It's better than having a blow off feud, and the year wait, if they do it right, will just build anticipation...though, I assume they'll stop talking about it soon and then remind everyone about it around Royal Rumble. Good news is, Cena won't have the belt going into Mania and hopefully won't have it through the year. In fact, I'd use him sparingly so he doesn't get injured going into Mania.

I don't think it will happen. If they wanted to fight at a Wrestlemania they should've done it on Sunday, not wait until 2012. Who's gonna give a ******** by that time? Really. They can't build anticipation for a year, and they're already showing mutual respect for each other!! gonk

I hope that the start of Raw next week is a beep beep from the General Manager, explaining to the Rock that he does not have the power to make matches and so he can't set the main event for Wrestlemania, and if he wants to get his hands on Cena he is going to have to do it at the next PPV or something.

So all the buildup for WM27 between the Rock and Cena was actually for WM28? That means they were planning for WM28 over a year and a half in advance. Although that explains why they made WM27 end so pathetically.

I hope they don't start doing this carry-over thing between every WM.

Here's a better question then. Why'd the Rock bother coming back this early? He'll probably just leave again for Hollywood anyways, since he has a year to prepare (meaning "wait" or "film" ) until his next match.

Not to add to the Rock Hate Bandwagon, but this is what Cena was insulting him with the ENTIRE time. While...Rock played Queer Eye for the Straight guy. OOOPS! xd

I don't think it will come down to them. To be honest...now they are showing Respect..it might wind up Rock + Cena (Cause WE ALL Know Fueds are BETTER With out the Belt) vs Who ever.
